Hamster updates!!!

Brownie and icing escaped from their cage!!!
I looked all over the place but couldn't find them.

My mum bang bang bang on the furniture and BROWNIE RAN OUT!!!

2 days later my sis saw ICING playing with cards in the living room.

Brownie was very aggressive and keeps rejecting icing so she when online to search and found out that it is a sign of pregnancy and it is advised to separate them.

The next day, Brownie give birth to 5 pups!!!

Dwarf breeding info at a glance:

• Gestation is 18-20 days (mating to birth)
  
• Litter size is anything from 1 to 10 babies. Average litter size is 5 or 6 pups
  
• Females are usually pregnant while nursing a litter
  
• Babies get pigment by 4 days
  
• Fur by 7 days
  
• Open their eyes at 10 days and start crawling
  
• Start eating a good portion of solid food and look like mini hamsters at 2 weeks
  
• Separate from mama when she has another litter at 18-20 days or at 4 weeks
  
• Ready for new homes at 4 weeks or older.
