This guy talks about why limiting calories is not going to work.

There's a summary

The body will adapt to the calorie intake of your body.
So if u stop ur diet and continue the normal one there will be weight gain.
So the thing is~ MUSCLES.
muscle is the ultimate fat burner.. nuff said watch it!
