The food that i have been eating (thinking that it's healthy) contain soooo much calories! DUMB!


One bowl of ban mien looks healthy? It contains a bloody 475 calories!

We all know that chicken rice is deadly but 607 kcal?! OMG LA


Claypot rice 899kcal hur hur! mama that's why you nv loose weight la!
Nasi Lemak 494kcal



Hor fun, beef 697 kcal


chocolate muffin 217 kcal... but once in awhile wun hurt i susppose... =X

Noodles, mee pok, minced pork and black mushroom dry contain 511 kcal and the soup 383 kcal
so people! soup stuff is healthier!

Porridge, fish 211 kcal



Noodles, wanton, soup 290 kcal =)


Tanghoon, fish ball, soup 218kcal looks damn pathetic la! No colour one!


But there are exceptions!!!Udon, beef, soup 459kcal
